Following the recent refurbishment the luxury accommodation now consists of 3 double suites each having bedroom , bathroom and private lounge area. 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 1 twin bedded room with private bathroom. A separate self contained staff suite, consisting of bed ,kitchen and en suite can be made available if required.
A new purpose built 'teaching kitchen' has been created suitable for self catering or professional use. The indoor dining hall features the preserved olive grinding wheels and presses while outdoor dining is under the shade of the newly created 'loggia'.
A second 'guest' kitchen has been created at the other end of the Frantoio to conveniently serve the lounge area with drinks etc. An outside door gives access to the barbeque area and on to the pool.
A new wine cellar and tasting room has been created - an easy place to while away a few hours. A good selection of wine is available on an honest bar basis, and we are only three years away from our wine, produced on the estate !
Outside the villa there are a number of large terraces with dining chairs, tables and recliners where you can take full advantage of the views. On its own terrace above the Frantoio our heated salt water swimming pool takes the shape of the original olive mill's Vasca (pond). This pond powered the water wheel, the workings of which have been preserved in the entrance hall. There is ample space for up to twelve people to lounge around the pool, and take in the breathtaking views.
